Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions is a center for pain management. Those who have chronic pain that needs to be diagnosed and treated find relief with us.

Most pain management centers offer services that center around narcotics. At Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions, we are committed to offering a holistic approach to pain treatment including therapies, injections, massage and medicine. As a leading center for pain management we can:

  • target the location of the pain,
  • understand what’s causing the pain, and then
  • fulfill the needed procedures to reduce the pain

We offer a variety of procedures available to diagnose symptoms that cause unwanted discomfort. Learning is half the battle. And once we discover the type of pain you’re experiencing, our doctors and nurses can execute a plan.

The two head doctors on staff, Drs. Robert E. Brown and Jack Rentz, are dedicated to identifying the cause of your pain and providing the best treatment possible.

Pain Diagnosis

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

Chronic pain, like any other disease, should not be tolerated, it should be remedied. Pain diagnosis is a cited term that focuses on identifying the nature (or source) of the pain and using various methods to alleviate the symptoms.

At Rocky Mountain Pain Solutions, we are committed to identifying the cause of pain and removing its symptoms. What sets our clinic apart from other doctors who diagnose pain is we are not focused on solely prescribing narcotics. We take a holistic approach to pain diagnosis and treatment and believe that therapies, massage and some injections can offer much-needed relief.

Identifying and reducing pain is the number one focus for our pain diagnosis process. If any of the below scenarios apply to you, please contact us to set up a consultation with one of our physicians:

  • the pain has been on/off for three months
  • the pain makes it difficult for you to sleep
  • you have a illness/injuries that have healed but the pain is still there
  • family member is suffering and you have questions
  • you have questions about how to prevent pain

We look forward to hearing from you. Please contact us today.

Comprehensive Safety Review Reveals Effectiveness of Mild Procedure

Attention: open in a new window. PDFPrintE-mail

A comprehensive safety review of the minimally invasive mild® procedure was recently published in a press release that is gaining national attention.

The press release details a comprehensive safety review published in the American Academy of Pain Medicine’s Pain Medicine Journal. Authored by Drs. Robert Levy MD, PhD and Timothy Deer, MD, the review examines the impact of the mild® procedure across eight separate clinical studies that were completed at different locations in the U.S. and Canada and assessed over time frames that ranged from 12 weeks to over one year.

Results indicate that patients had no negative events related to major devices or the medical procedure. Out of 134 people, more than 80% reported significant improvements in both mobility and pain reduction.

The study reinforces the conclusion that the mild® procedure is a safe, cost-effective and successful treatment for patients dealing with lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS), a common back condition. To read the full release, please click here.
